CANADA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM
The Canadian provinces and territories nominate individuals through Provincial Nominee Program who have essential skills, education and work experience to contribute to the country’s economy and are willing to immigrate to Canada and settle in a particular province. All the Canadian provinces (except Quebec, having different selection system) and two territories have their own particular Provincial Nominee Programs. Direct Entry via PNP
- First, satisfy the criteria for a PNP stream you have applied for and receive a nomination certificate.

Entry Via Express Entry System:- Most Canadian provinces and territories are allowed to select a certain number of candidates through the Express Entry system. Aspirants in the Express Entry pool who has received a nomination from a province are given 600 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), out of a possible total of 1,200 will get an Invitation To Apply (ITA) for permanent residence from the Express Entry pool.

If you receive a nomination then you have to apply for CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) for permanent residence. The CIC officer will review your application, as well as the candidate, needs to pass the medical exam and get a Police Verification Certificate from their residential place.
